Libby’s Situation
Extra “umph!” (in a good way)
This work is the extra “umph!” I need for sure. That’s not an “umph” kick in the ass either. That’s one of those upward arm movement “umphs”, usually followed by “Yeah, baby” or something equally profound.
I madly love all your material especially the latest. As usual, you do the perfect job of distilling some seriously complex, potentially new-agey material into super accessible, sensible info.
Thank you again for everything, mainly being you. You know being all cool, creatively expressive, out there inspiring people to be their best selves and stuff. Contacting you was one of those shining, pivotal moments in my life.
Libby Mulitz in San Francisco
We’ve all got “stuff” that gets in the way of the thing we really want to be doing (or not doing, as the case may be). Learning from said “stuff”, resolving it for good and building patterns that actually work … well, that’s what will help you access the resources you need to do things differently.
If this whole work-on-your-“stuff” process speaks to you, and you’d like some help and support: two pretty fantastic work-on-your-“stuff” group training program options.
The Habits Detective program is for people who are ready to lose — or transform — a specific habit. Mindful Biggification is when you know you have a gift to give the world but aren’t putting it out there yet because the whole “think big” thing is still overwhelming, scary and/or just plain annoying.
THE PREREQUISITE: For you to get the most out of this, it helps if you’re already familiar with some of the basic concepts and techniques that inform this work. That’s why I ask that you own either the Emergency Calming Techniques package or the Procrastination Dissolve-o-Matic.
The Mindful Biggification program
You know you have something huge to share with the world but it’s just too overwhelming to work on it and sometimes it’s also just scary to put yourself out there . . .
Calling all smart, stymied creatives who are not doing “the thing” (you know, writing the book, starting the blog, outing yourself as a teacher, or otherwise doing the thing that you know is a vital part of being YOU).
Come learn how to work through the what-ifs, oh-nos, and worries. We’ll spend three months systematically working through all the junk and learning exactly what to do and how to do it. You’ll come out of this ready to put it out there, promote and grow your projects/business in a smart, mindful, compassionate way.

The Habits Detective program
That big, annoying stuck pattern that you’ve been dealing with for years. I’m going to guess that you probably already know why you do it. You just want ways to do it differently.
What you need is a system, something that changes the way your brain works on all levels. Here it is. Is it fun? Probably not. Does it work? I guarantee it.
This three month program walks you through the process of dissolving, once and for all, that big crazy habit that is getting in the way of you doing what you know you want/need to be doing.

Private Coaching: working with me one-on-one
NOTE: Big, crazy prerequisite
Due to the number of people who want to work with me, I’m now only doing private coaching with people who are already familiar with the work and ready to dive in deep. Or to take it to the next level, as the jargon-ey people like to say (yeah, I’m still not capable of saying this without a couple layers of air quotes, but you know what I mean).
So, if you’d like to work with me one-on-one, that’s only going to be an option once you have already graduated (or are close to graduating) one of my group trainings.
» If that’s you, find out more about applying to do private coaching with me.
Take care. I look forward to meeting you at some point. Keep in touch, and be sure to let me know if you have any questions!
Havi (and Selma the duck).
P.S. Not ready for programs? That’s cool. Read the noozletters. Have a go with self-study … maybe try some of the destuckification-oriented take-home DIY solutions …
(Or, if you have any questions, connect with me and we can figure out what the best option might be for you. Just so you know, I will never, ever try to talk you into something or pressure you in any way. That’s so not my style.)
