I agree, part of the &#039;problem&#039; is knowing/accepting you have a problem!

I&#039;ve &#039;observed&#039; myself procastinating for days and days on end, but didnt know how to deal with it.

Now I&#039;ll be acknolweding it, then thinking of what I want to do and how to go about it.. great!! Good simple advice!!
