This is so.gOOd.

I am only on chapter 3 and already my thinking is more streamlined to StICkee, sometimes with ridiculously hilarious/ results:

Like naming a project, "The Donald Trump of Website Consulting."

Not actually what I want, but it makes me giggle.

Thanks for the reference! As always, I adore you.

@Janet Uh oh, now the word stickification is totally stuck in my head.

Also: we might have to start a fan club if your Heath Brothers crush is as big as mine ...

Love the Heath brothers! Not only can they write, they can speak too. I heard Chip Heath last winter at the National Speakers Association conference -- super-engaging, super-bright, plus he used the simplest PowerPoint format I've ever seen (a few words in Courier-style type on black background) -- super-sticky! Now to overhaul my marketing copy for better stickification...

Right on!

Yeah, you'll definitely want to take notes like crazy.

Plus there are so many applications for things other than growing your business that it's kind of mind-boggling. You can use this stuff for teaching and for interpersonal relations and day-to-day communication. Bizarre.

Enjoy ... hope you get lots of good stuff out of it.

Glad for your positive review!

I've been looking forward to the copy that appeared on my desk last week, but after reading this I suspect I'll need a notepad handy for catching thoughts and ideas brought on by the Heaths. Thanks for the heads up :)
