Not only can they write, they can speak too. I heard Chip Heath last winter at the National Speakers Association conference -- super-engaging, super-bright, plus he used the simplest PowerPoint format I've ever seen (a few words in Courier-style type on black background) -- super-sticky! Now to overhaul my marketing copy for better stickification... Love the Heath brothers! Not only can they write, they can speak too. Yeah, you'll definitely want to take notes like crazy. Plus there are so many applications for things other than growing your business that it's kind of mind-boggling.
